Job Description

O Quê Vai Fazer

1. Apoio no controle e gestão integral (de ponta a ponta) dos fundos promocionais dos canais Hipermercados e Multiformatos.

2. Responsável pelo processo desde a comunicação da ação pelo KAM até seu encerramento e a liberação do crédito, incluindo a coordenação com a equipe LATAM e os clientes, bem como a abertura, acompanhamento e encerramento de PGs e EX dos três canais do CBT-3.

3. Validação da qualidade e consistência dos dados reportados no POS Master.

4. Apoio no atendimento e gestão das solicitações dos clientes (consultas gerais, informações sobre produtos, acompanhamento de pedidos e validação de custos...)

5. Atualização dos controles internos de reservas, faturamento, POS e fundos promocionais, além da validação e entrada de pedidos e do acompanhamento de indicadores-chave para garantir a execução correta das operações.

6. Analises dos canais de hipermercados e multiformatos para gerar insights sobre resultados, identificar tendências e apoiar a tomada de decisões da equipe comercial.
