We are looking for a talented Legal Executive Manager to join our team in Guarulhos, SP | CBL .
In this role, you’ll make an impact by being responsible for handling a variety of legal matters or projects across a wide range of business, functions and subject matters appropriate to their level of capability and experience. Performs more complex legal work under supervision of more senior level counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs legal work independently.
- Addresses a mixture of routine and more complex legal questions and projects.
- May assists more experienced attorneys in complex legal questions and projects that have broad reaching implications for the organization if the situation arises.
- Reviews standard documents and contracts, and prepares filings.
- Builds professional experience and learns the practical aspects of applied law, as well as the functions of the business.
- Demonstrates some proficiency in an area of law, specialty, function, or geographic region.
- Provides support or contributes to overall objectives and goals of organization.
- May supervise and/or mentor one or more paralegals or administrative assistants.
- May lead projects for the legal function.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead legal advisory and litigation strategy in labor and environmental matters, ensuring risk mitigation and alignment with business priorities.
- Partner closely with HR, Labor Relations, HSE and Operations to provide proactive, solution-oriented legal guidance and drive consistency across Brazil.
- Manage and optimize labor litigation portfolio, including strategy definition, external counsel oversight, and identification of root causes and preventive actions.

Required skills, education and experience:
- Law degree with solid experience in labor law (consultative and litigation); exposure to environmental matters is required.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional environment, influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across different areas.
- Fluent English (mandatory), with ability to interact in a global environment.
- Strong collaboration mindset, with demonstrated teamwork and effectiveness in alignment and decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience in a multinational or industrial environment, supporting operations and manufacturing sites.
- Exposure to environmental regulatory matters and HSE interface, including preventive legal strategies.
