Engineering Manager at IntrosMatter

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to build and grow a team while delivering a new product, collaborating in design, architecture, and development with high standards of quality. You'll lead the product engineering team that helps our customers find new relationship qualified leads to grow their business, playing a crucial role in both technical leadership and team management.

What You'll Do:

• Build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
• Work with Product Management to define the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics of the product.
• Collaborate with Architects and team leads to define the right architecture for the product.
• Manage software engineers, including career growth, talent management, and team practices.
• Be involved with the development and testing of features across teams.

What we are looking for:

• 6+ years of experience in software development.
• .NET background.
• 3+ years of experience as tech lead or similar role with strong management skills.
• Strong coaching, team building, and collaboration skills.
• Strong business-oriented mindset with ability to provide visibility into business metrics and company goals.
• 2+ years of experience in a product company (not IT services, staffing, or consulting) running a product engineering team.
• Strong technical and development background with .NET.
• Some public cloud experience.
• Experience with Agile software development.
• Angular and AWS experience (Plus).
• Advanced level of English.
