Buscamos um(a) profissional com perfil analítico, organizado(a) e orientado(a) à qualidade dos processos para atuar nas rotinas de rescisão e desligamento. Essa pessoa será responsável pela execução, conferência e validação de cálculos rescisórios, geração de arquivos bancários e emissão de guias legais, garantindo conformidade, acuracidade e cumprimento dos prazos operacionais.

Principais responsabilidades:
Realizar cálculo e validação de rescisões contratuais;
Executar conferências de verbas rescisórias, descontos legais e encargos;
Gerar arquivos bancários para pagamento líquido de rescisão e pensão alimentícia;
Emitir e validar guias de recolhimento de FGTS rescisório;
Atuar nos processos relacionados a GRRF, Conectividade Social e FGTS Digital;
Realizar tratativas relacionadas ao e-Consignado quando aplicável;
Efetuar lançamentos, ajustes e controles sistêmicos relacionados aos desligamentos;
Elaborar relatórios operacionais e apoiar controles internos da área;
Garantir cumprimento dos prazos legais e políticas internas;
Atuar em parceria com áreas internas para resolução de inconsistências e evolução dos processos.

Requisitos obrigatórios:
Experiência com processos de rescisão e desligamento;
Conhecimento em cálculo e conferência de verbas rescisórias;
Vivência com geração de arquivos bancários e guias rescisórias;
Conhecimento em GRRF, Conectividade Social e FGTS Digital;
Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
Capacidade analítica e atenção aos detalhes.

Diferenciais:
Conhecimento no sistema SAP;
Experiência com grandes volumes operacionais;
Vivência com e-Consignado;
Conhecimento em processos de folha de pagamento e administração de pessoal.
