At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. As an IAM Analyst, your hands-on expertise will be used to evaluate, validate, and improve how AI systems understand identity risk, access control failures, and privilege escalation in realistic enterprise environments.

What You'll Do

• Analyze real-world IAM, SSO, and access control scenarios to identify weaknesses and misconfigurations
• Classify permission issues, privilege escalation paths, and identity-related security failures
• Review zero-trust architecture decisions and access design models for correctness and risk
• Generate and validate realistic identity security data used to train and evaluate AI systems
• Provide structured expert feedback that directly improves how AI reasons about enterprise identity risk
  
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with IAM, SSO, or enterprise identity platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Ping)
• Solid understanding of RBAC, least-privilege principles, and access review processes
• Familiarity with how identity failures occur in practice and how attackers exploit them
• Able to clearly articulate technical findings in written form
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with zero-trust frameworks or identity governance tools
• Background in cloud IAM (AWS, GCP, Azure) or hybrid identity environments
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK techniques related to credential access and privilege escalation
• Prior work in security operations, penetration testing, or access control auditing
