About The Role

We're partnering with leading AI research labs to build the next generation of intelligent security systems — and we need experienced SOC analysts to make it happen. Your hands-on knowledge of threat detection, alert triage, and incident response will directly shape how AI reasons through real-world security scenarios.

This is a unique opportunity to move beyond the day-to-day grind of the SOC and contribute to something bigger: teaching AI to think like a seasoned security analyst.

What You'll Do

• Analyze realistic SOC scenarios — alerts, incidents, and investigations — and document how you'd respond
• Classify threat severity, identify root causes, and recommend appropriate response actions
• Review and evaluate AI-generated security analysis for accuracy and real-world alignment
• Validate detection logic and investigation workflows against industry best practices
• Provide structured feedback that helps AI systems reason the way experienced analysts actually do
  
  

Who You Are

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in a SOC, incident response, or security operations role
• Solid familiarity with SIEM platforms, alert triage processes, and investigation workflows
• Skilled at separating true positives from noise — you know what a real threat looks like
• Clear and precise written communicator who can explain your reasoning
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on async, task-based assignments
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with threat hunting or red/blue team operations
• Familiarity with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK or NIST
• Background in detection engineering or security tool configuration
• Prior experience evaluating or working with AI systems
