Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant - #603687

NV are looking for an Oracle Finance Cloud SMEwith a strong background inLatin America implementations, includinglocalization and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials and demonstrate the ability to lead regional rollouts, configure local statutory requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end implementation ofOracle Fusion Finance modules(GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) inLatin American countries.

Ensure compliance withlocal statutory and tax regulations(e.g., e-invoicing, withholding tax, statutory reporting, etc.).

Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical developers toconfigure localizationsandvalidate legal reporting requirements.

Collaborate with global teams formulti-country rolloutswith a specific focus onLatin America localization challenges.

Conduct workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide knowledge transfer.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during testing and post-production support.

Provide guidance onOracle's LATAM Cloud Localizations (Globalization tools)and updates.

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with at least2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementationsin Latin America.

Deep knowledge ofcountry-specific financial and tax localizations(Brazil NF-e, Mexico CFDI, Argentina VAT, etc.).

Experience withOracle Cloud Financials modules(GL, AP, AR, Tax, FA, CM).

Strong understanding ofOracle Cloud Globalization / Localizations tools and capabilities.

Hands-on configuration experience and ability to work with technical teams on integrations and customizations.

Fluency inEnglishis required;Spanish or Portugueseis a strong plus.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Nice To Have

Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Financials

Experience working withmulti-currency and multi-GAAPenvironments

Familiarity withSOX complianceand regional audit requirements
