Student Intern - COMOS (Customer Support) - #601293

Siemens Industry Software Brazil is seeking a proactive and dynamic intern to join our Customer Support team. This role is part of our Global Support Team, working collaboratively with Customers, Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and various internal and external interfaces. The intern will be based in São Caetano do Sul - São Paulo, with candidates from Rio de Janeiro also considered.

What are my responsibilities?

• Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful support to the Customers.
• Assisting in projects/assignments with a focus on basic to moderate scope.
• Providing timely and accurate information and feedback to internal and external Customers.
• Learning to install and undertake configuration tasks using tool kits, adhering to Best Practices and Industry Standards.
• Supporting the estimation of time frames, work package breakdown, and capability assessment.
• Preparing the system for Customer handover.
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Advanced level of English.
• Spanish is desired.
• Enjoy talking to Customers.
• Graduation planned for 2027 in areas such as: engineering or computer science.
