Manager. Maintenance and Projects - #601029

Main Functions

Job Mission: Ensure the availability, reliability and efficiency of equipment, machines and facilities, ensuring that production and operation occur continuously, safely and within the established quality standards.

• Manage the team, selecting professionals with the Human Capital area, evaluating results and performances, training, guiding and suggesting movements; monitor the vacation schedules of the employees of your team, control of working hours and bank of hours, with the GCH, in addition to reporting the necessary information to the direct manager; carry out movements in the CHRD: approvals and inclusions of salary change, admission approval, change of function and award stages.
• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities for the company's equipment and facilities, ensuring that they are executed according to the established guidelines and schedules.
• Establish maintenance plans and activity schedules, aiming to minimize unscheduled downtime and optimize the use of resources.
• Perform analysis of failures and breakdowns, investigating causes and proposing corrective actions to avoid recurrences.
• Monitor maintenance performance indicators, such as mean time between failures, equipment availability and operating costs, seeking improvements and cost reduction.
• Ensure safety and compliance with occupational health and safety standards at work during maintenance activities.
• Maintain contact with suppliers of parts and services, negotiating acquisitions and external maintenance contracts when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects, aiming at the modernization and optimization of maintenance processes and infrastructure.
• Follow trends and technological advances in the maintenance area, identifying opportunities to implement new technologies and practices.
• Monitor and base your decisions on the area's performance indicators, identifying the number of hours worked by the maintenance team.
