You support our team as

Customer Service Intern

Responsibilities

• Filling in opportunities and stage gate in CRM to support the sales team in quotation demands;
• Filling in quotes in CRM and SAP;
• Sending quotes to customers as directed by the sales team;
• Assisting in registering customer information (base date) in CRM and SAP;
• Assisting in the composition of costs and prices, for filling in and reviewing quotations;
  
  

Qualifications

• Contacting clients to follow up quotations as instructed by the sales team;
• Formatting price tables in CRM and SAP in accordance with the contracts and price agreements signed by the commercial team;
• Supporting the sales team in formatting support material for quotations (e.g. tables, product descriptions, product newsletters, etc.).
• Sending updated IAM price lists to clients and representatives.
