Monitor the daily load schedule. Maintain contact with drivers to ensure the effectiveness of the schedule. Carry out scheduling and issuing of reports, collection or unloading orders, whether in the client's own system (or website) or a third party system made available by the client. Monitor all documentation (CTe, Freight Letter and Requisitions) relating to the drivers in your fleet. Respond internally whenever requested regarding the positioning of vehicles. Map undue stops, route deviations and breaks and make the appropriate entries. Keep internal systems always up to date, regarding all drivers that make up your fleet, whether in terms of days off, averages, allocations or absences. Map routes and averages to calculate vehicle fuel consumption. Register and keep external or internal online systems updated, with driver and vehicle information. Monitor, through notifications and align with other sectors, the need for drivers/vehicles to stop for examinations, maintenance or any other request. Monitor maintenance and release of vehicles so that schedules are met. Perform financial viability calculations, always aiming to make the best use of the vehicle for the available loads, whether their own or third parties'. Carry out negotiations with the collection of information from third parties to ensure receipt of freight when there is subcontracted cargo. Negotiate and monitor time off with drivers.
