Back End Developer Key Responsibilities

Basic Requirements

• Possess an AI-First Mindset; if you instinctively code before integrating AI tools, this role isn't for you.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development with a focus on server-side web applications.
• Proven track record in developing reliable B2B software applications.
• Extensive experience with cloud-native or serverless architectures, specifically on AWS.
• Professional experience utilizing GenAI code assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, or v0.dev.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
