What You Will Be Doing

• Architecting and implementing sophisticated cloud transitions, seamlessly moving legacy infrastructure into our AWS ecosystem with minimal disruption
• Creating next-generation monitoring systems and intelligent automation pipelines that anticipate issues before they impact users
• Orchestrating critical operational functions including system health monitoring, comprehensive backup strategies, rapid incident resolution, database transformations, and AWS cost optimization

DevOps Architect Key Responsibilities

• Champion infrastructure excellence across our diverse product ecosystem by implementing standardized monitoring frameworks, intelligent automation solutions, and AWS architectural best practices that elevate reliability to new heights.
  
  

Basic Requirements

• Proven mastery of AWS infrastructure (essential requirement—experience with other cloud platforms alone is insufficient)
• Advanced programming capabilities in Python or JavaScript for developing sophisticated automation solutions
• Demonstrated expertise in managing and migrating diverse database environments (MySql, Postgres, Oracle, MS-SQL)
• Proven success implementing comprehensive monitoring architectures that provide actionable insights
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation)

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
