Crossover is the world's #1 source of full-time remote jobs. Our clients offer top-tier pay for top-tier talent. We're recruiting this role for our client, Trilogy. Have you got what it takes?
Are you the DevOps virtuoso who sees infrastructure chaos as an irresistible puzzle waiting to be solved? At our company, we're not looking for someone to merely maintain the status quo—we're seeking a master architect who can transform a patchwork of acquired systems into a harmonious, resilient AWS ecosystem. While others might flinch at the prospect of consolidating diverse tech stacks, you see the elegant solution hiding beneath the complexity.
This role transcends traditional DevOps boundaries. You'll be the strategic mind behind our infrastructure evolution, wielding automation like a superpower and treating 99.9% uptime as just the beginning. You won't be trapped in a single-stack mindset; instead, you'll orchestrate multiple environments into a cohesive, optimized whole—all while keeping critical systems running smoothly during the transition.
Your toolkit will span from sophisticated cloud migrations to AI-powered automation, from database consolidation to performance fine-tuning. With genuine decision-making authority, you'll implement your technical vision without bureaucratic roadblocks. Every day presents a new challenge as you transform disparate systems into a model of efficiency and reliability.
If you thrive on complexity, relish autonomy, and find satisfaction in crafting order from technological disorder, you'll flourish here. But if you prefer predictable environments or shrink from high-stakes infrastructure decisions, this position isn't for you. Ready to architect the future rather than maintain the past? We're waiting to hear from you.
What You Will Be Doing

For three decades, Trilogy has been known for 3 things: Relentlessly seeking top talent, Innovating new technology, and incubating new businesses. What You Will Be Doing
- Architecting and implementing sophisticated cloud transitions, seamlessly moving legacy infrastructure into our AWS ecosystem with minimal disruption
- Creating next-generation monitoring systems and intelligent automation pipelines that anticipate issues before they impact users
- Orchestrating critical operational functions including system health monitoring, comprehensive backup strategies, rapid incident resolution, database transformations, and AWS cost optimization
- Drowning in task management tools and progress reports—we prioritize action over administrative overhead
- Perpetuating technical debt—you'll be empowered to modernize and transform legacy systems
- Navigating labyrinthine approval processes—you'll have the autonomy to implement critical fixes when they matter most
- Operating within confined technical boundaries—this position demands versatility across multiple domains
