We are looking for a Microsoft Windows Engineer experienced in building software package/ images, testing applications, and deploying Windows environments as well as its surrounding ecosystem, user-facing main components, and IT setup/ configurations/ policies. You will be reporting to our Devices and Os Technologies Manager Lead.

Responsibilities

• Deployment, design, and level-3 expert support for :16.000 global PCs utilizing Microsoft.
• Application packages design and settings - Windows device encryption, device security, Internet Browsers (Edge and Chrome).
• InTune management/ setup.
• MS Active Directory & Azure/ Entra design and setup. User identity (AD Account and SSO authentication cross-platform).
• Prepare processes and procedures/ documents material.
• Provide briefing sessions to IT service desks and operations.
• L3 support - Hardware (Drivers, Accessories), OS, Deployment, Patching, Antivirus and Encryption issues troubleshooting.
• Process automation (Web Front-end Applications, HTML, PHP, Javascript, HTA, VBScript, SQL).
• Knowledge about Network and Windows Servers (disk space mgt, network traffic when OS Image is changed, new packages are available, Network optimization Devices, etc.)
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience
• Experience approaching a problem from different angles, analyzing pros and cons of different solutions complex requirements
• Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
• Fluent in English
  
  

CERTIFICATIONS AND TOOLS

• Intune, Landesk, Entra, Active Directory Management Suite
• M365 (full Microsoft landscape) certification or experience is very important.
• Windows 10 and 11
• Symantec Endpoint Protection
